The Crew Lead is a full-time, on-site position based at our Pelham, NY location. This role is responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and operational goals. Key tasks include managing floor operations, coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked, and maintaining a positive store environment. Additionally, the Crew Lead will support implementation of company policies and contribute to the store's overall success by collaborating with management and fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach a team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Sound organizational and multitasking abilities to manage floor operations, inventory, and merchandising efficiently.
- Knowledge of retail best practices, sales strategies, and customer service excellence.
- Experience in visual merchandising, maintaining store standards, and product presentation.
