Overview
The Associate Pricing and Inventory Analyst, Outlet will manage inventory levels and pricing for the category across a fleet of outlet stores, identifying risks & opportunities. They will partner with planning and merchandising to develop and execute responsive and proactive strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all promotion tasks, from communicating with the CFT and store teams to creating and uploading UPC-level promotion data.
- Manage pricing for the Outlet division through systemic pricing events (Markdowns, Pre-Season Newness, etc).
- Lead the end-to-end selection of markdowns, starting with file creation, reviewing and selecting a 1st pass of proposals, leading CFT discussion, and finalizing communication to partners.
- Produce Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Seasonal reports for the business.
- Partner with Data Analytics to automate reporting for the division.
- Oversee the execution of cross channel transfers through partnership with Company Inventory Planning. Attribute pricing, promotion, and store distribution.
- Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and reporting for the Microsite (Outlet E-Commerce).
- 1-3 years of Retail or related industry experience
- Possess a clear understanding of financial measurements and retail KPIs: sales, gross margin, weeks of supply, inventory turn, sell through, etc. and how to impact them
- Ability to negotiate with and influence peers, members of a cross-functional team, and management
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Organizational skills are essential as well as the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
