What are the responsibilities and job description for the Memory Care Activities Assistant position at Vineyard Ranch at Temecula?
We are looking for a vibrant , organized go-getter who is passionate about Seniors!
- Collaborates and reports to Activities Director. Will work closely with Director to assist administrative task, including creating flyers, leading activities as needed.
- Must be very personable and organized
- Strong computer skills
- Work directly with our Assisted Living residents to encourage participation
- · Assist in planning monthly calendar & preparing monthly newsletter for independent living and Assisted Living.
- Assist in Coordinating events as well as set up , hosting, photography and clean up.

Skills
- Strong understanding of aging issues counseling and the unique challenges faced by seniors.
- Ability to flex schedule in order to attend after hour events
- Proficient in event planning with the ability to create engaging programs that cater to diverse interests.
- Creative brainstorming to achieve resident satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Creative problem-solving skills to adapt activities based on resident needs and preferences.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to enhance the lives of seniors through meaningful engagement.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
