FT Housekeeper at an Assisted Living Facility

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FT Housekeeper to join our team at Vineyard Park at South Hill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or common area spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for creating welcoming environments.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas.
• Floor care duties such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure all flooring is well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained, reporting any shortages or equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to provide a safe environment for all occupants.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, janitorial services, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products, including carpet cleaning methods.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
