Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to maintain ,repair ,replace as necessary the equipment, building, and grounds owned by the facility.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Regularly inspect the operational efficiency of equipment (fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, furnace filters, sprinkler system air compressor, etc.)
- Conduct fire drills, fire marshal inspections.
- Documentation of monthly fire extinguishers, water temperatures, safety education for staff, keep up on quarterly maintenance from outside providers.
- Turn apartments including paint, cleaning, patch up work.
- Help elderly residents with toilets, hanging items, placing safety bars.
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
