Position Overview
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and fulfillment operations with a primary focus on high-priority and VIP customer orders. This role helps ensure that orders are accurately picked, staged, verified, and prepared for shipment while maintaining organization and efficiency throughout the warehouse.
In addition to fulfillment responsibilities, this position supports inventory movement, material staging, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating material handling equipment, working in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a high level of accuracy when handling customer orders. This role plays an important part in ensuring priority shipments are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Prioritize and process VIP and high-priority customer orders
- Move and stage inventory to support fulfillment and production operations
- Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing incoming inventory
- Maintain organized storage areas and staging locations throughout the warehouse
- Verify product quantities, SKUs, and order accuracy before shipment
- Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization efforts
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with general warehouse and operational tasks as needed
- Follow established safety procedures and warehouse standards
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment
- Ability to safely move and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
- Ability to lift, move, and handle inventory throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to follow directions and maintain organized work areas
Preferred:
- Forklift certification
- Experience with order fulfillment, picking, packing, or shipping operations
- Experience working with inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
