What You’ll Do
As an RBT, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping children ages 2–6 build meaningful life skills through ABA therapy. Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing 1:1 therapy using play-based and behavioral interventions
- Teaching communication, social, and self-help skills (yes, even potty training wins!)
- Following treatment plans designed by BCBAs
- Partnering with families to support progress at home
- Tracking data and celebrating every milestone
- Helping maintain a fun, clean, and welcoming clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- RBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid training
- Compassion, patience, and energy for working with young children
- Ability to pass background check and complete CPR training
Pay & Perks
- Starting at $18/hour raises every 6 months (first 2.5 years)
- Monthly bonuses:
- $50 for perfect attendance
- $50 for accurate documentation
