We’re hiring for two positions on our Tax team: Staff Accountant and Senior Tax Accountant!

Staff Accountant – Tax
Experience: 0–2 years
Education: BS/BA in Accounting or similar degree
Compensation: $70,000–$85,000
Ideal for someone early in their public accounting career who wants to build experience in tax compliance, tax research, planning, and advisory services. Responsibilities include preparing federal, state, and local tax returns and supporting client engagements under the guidance of senior team members.
Senior Tax Accountant
Experience: 2 years of related public accounting experience
Education: BS/BA in Accounting or similar degree; Master’s in Tax preferred
CPA: Preferred; candidates who are not CPAs must meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam
Compensation: $85,000–$115,000
This role is for a more experienced tax professional who can prepare and review complex returns, take a greater role in client relationships and tax planning, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Both roles require working onsite in our Lynnwood office, near Alderwood Mall.
