We are actively seeking a highly motivated Attorney with strong courtroom presence and litigation experience to join our growing team in Jefferson City, Missouri.
🔹 Practice Areas Include:
• Constitutional Litigation
• Civil Rights & Section 1983 Claims
• Criminal Defense (State & Federal)
• Appellate Advocacy
• High-Stakes Trial Litigation
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead complex litigation from intake through trial
✔ Conduct hearings, depositions, voir dire, and cross-examinations
✔ Draft dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and constitutional arguments
✔ Build trial strategy from Day 1
✔ Manage active litigation matters independently in state and federal courts
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Missouri Bar license in good standing
• Trial experience in Missouri state or federal court
• Strong legal writing and courtroom advocacy skills
• Experience with CaseNet, PACER, and Clio preferred
🔹 Compensation & Benefits:
💰 $85,000 – $110,000 based on experience
