ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking an Integration Engineer to be a member on a small, specialized team responsible for importing, transforming, and exporting client inventory data. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Support Analysts, clients, and vendor partners to ensure data accuracy and make real-time adjustments to data integrations. This role requires strong people skills, SQL skills, and a strong commitment to data quality and customer success.

The Experience:
- Proficient with SQL scripting and query optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in client-facing scenario.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prefer you to have knowledge of batch scripting or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques such as API or FTP-based transfers are strongly preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be a part of a small team of support analysts and onboarding technicians, managing workloads and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Support Analysts to review inventory data and make immediate corrections to configure or troubleshoot data integrations.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server (T-SQL) queries, stored procedures, and batch scripts used for data imports and exports.
- Data mapping, validation, and cleansing efforts to ensure accurate client data integration.
- Develop and maintain automated processes to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
- Coordinate data exports to third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with partner requirements.
- Document procedures, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to the team and stakeholders.
