Payroll Specialist

This position is based in Forest Lake, MN. No relocation funds are available.

Vinco, Inc. is a rapidly growing, broad-based construction contractor based in Forest Lake, MN with specializations in electrical and communications construction.

This position provides payroll and accounting duties to the company. Duties include computer data entry and payroll production, filing, new employee paperwork auditing and entry, and other payroll duties.

This position requires: significant payroll experience with multi-state exposure, accurate data entry ability, good computer and math skills (especially MS Office suite of software), learn new things quickly, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Preference given for prior construction company payroll experience, and bonus points for prevailing wage experience.

Start time for this position can be discussed, and the position covers weekdays Monday through Friday.
