Responsibilities
- Hauling Equipment
- Managing Electrical equipment and material
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods with forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, inventory counts, and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy
- Prepare shipping documents, verify order accuracy, and coordinate with shipping & receiving teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Support international trade compliance by understanding trade regulations and assisting with documentation for cross-border shipments
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall logistics efficiency
Qualifications
- CDL required
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution is a plus
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong understanding of inventory management practices and shipping logistics processes
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload equipment
- Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to assist internal teams and external partners effectively
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is advantageous
