Compensation: $40,000 – $70,000 (Base Salary Performance-Based Commission)
About Us
Vinci STEAM Education provides premier robotics, coding, AI, and engineering programs for K–12 students. As we continue to expand our programs and outreach, we are looking for a motivated and persuasive Admissions Consultant to help families navigate our educational offerings and drive student enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Enrollment Management: Lead the end-to-end enrollment process, including initial inquiries, trial class scheduling, conversion of leads, and renewal follow-ups.
- Educational Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to parents, providing detailed information on our curriculum, program unique selling points (USPs), and customized learning paths for students.
- Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up with potential leads to guide them from the initial inquiry phase to successful enrollment.
- Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain long-term relationships with families to ensure high student retention (renewals) and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing Open Houses, trial lessons, competition showcases, and admissions info sessions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enrollment data, lead status, and communication history within our systems.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the teaching, operations, and marketing teams to ensure all enrollment information is accurate and program details are clear.
- Campaign Execution: Support "Refer-a-Friend" programs, seasonal course promotions, and specialized recruitment for summer and winter camps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: Prior experience in educational consulting, course sales, customer service, or admissions is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to convert interest into enrollment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Personable and approachable, with a talent for building quick rapport and trust with parents and students.
- Mindset: Result-oriented and highly responsible, with the ability to manage a pipeline of leads independently.
- Language: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred to better serve our community.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the K–12 education landscape, extracurricular tutoring, or STEM-related programs is a significant plus.
