Job Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive Paralegal to support our attorneys in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. If you thrive on structure, efficiency, and clear communication, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your legal career.
- Manage and maintain court calendars and case deadlines
- Schedule mediations, depositions, and other case events
- Prepare written discovery requests and responses
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, responses, and supporting documents
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and document organization
- Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, court staff, and the internal team
- Support case flow and ensure accuracy across a high-volume caseload
- Experience in Creditors’ Rights or civil litigation a plus, but not required
- At least 2 years of legal research and writing experience
- Ability to draft motions, responses, and other legal documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- Works efficiently under deadlines
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a professional communication style
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
