Role Description The Finance Administration Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfax, VA. This position oversees day-to-day financial administration, including the following responsibilities:

- Credit card reconciliations
- Journal entries
Financial Management
- Month-end close
- Financial statements
- Budget monitoring
- Cash flow
- Project Audit
- Internal controls
Administration
- Insurance renewals
- Banking
- Vendor management
- Government reporting
- Supporting external accountants on tax returns
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong finance and accounting skills, including experience with Financial Statements and core Accounting practices.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Financial Reporting and Finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance support.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
- Experience in managing financial processes for small-sized organizations or startups, preferably in technology environments.
- Proficiency with financial software QuickBook (cloud version) and spreadsheets, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines on-site in Fairfax, VA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative working style and commitment to ethical and transparent financial practices.
