Pay
$25.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Start Time: 6:45 AM
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Occasional Saturdays during busy seasons
- Overtime opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Landscape installation and maintenance
- Masonry and hardscape construction (patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc.)
- Operate pickup trucks with trailers
- Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery (skid steers, excavators, compactors, etc.)
- Snow plowing and ice management during the winter season
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional landscaping and masonry experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Social Security number required for employment)
- Experience operating trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and snow plows
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to our shop
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with retaining walls, paver installation, grading, drainage, and excavation
- Experience towing trailers
