The Role
The Director of Operations / General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while building systems, developing people, and driving operational excellence.
Working alongside ownership and the Executive Chef, you’ll lead all non-culinary operations across the restaurant, winery, boutique inn, private events, and guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop managers and front-of-house teams
- Create systems and improve operational efficiency
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
- Ensure exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Oversee scheduling, labor, and daily operations
- Drive accountability through KPIs and financial performance
- Partner with ownership to execute new initiatives and grow the business
- Foster a positive, high-performing culture
Who You Are
- 5 years of hospitality leadership experience
- Proven experience leading managers and developing teams
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Calm under pressure and highly organized
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
