Your Exciting Opportunity: What You'll Lead!

As the Director of Village Housing and Family Support, you won't just manage a program – you'll lead a transformative experience for families and staff alike! Get ready to:

• Welcome Families Home: Oversee the entire journey for families entering our Village homes, from application to a warm move-in.
• Build a Foundation for Success: Ensure homes are safe and ready, and families are oriented to program expectations and community living.
• Ignite Financial Empowerment: Play a pivotal role in ensuring families connect with dedicated financial coaching, track their progress, and celebrate milestones towards budgeting, saving, and financial health!
• Lead a Stellar Team: Provide guidance, support, and inspiration to our dedicated Case Managers and Youth Services Coordinator, empowering them to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure Seamless Operations: Manage program compliance, rent processes, data tracking, and collaborate with maintenance to keep our homes in top shape.
• Foster a Vibrant Community: Cultivate a positive and supportive atmosphere within the Village, encouraging connection and shared learning.
• Champion Successful Transitions: Guide families towards achieving their independence goals, coordinating support for their move to permanent housing and continued stability.
• Be a Key Player: Serve on essential committees and represent Vincent Village in the community, sharing our vital work!

Qualifications That Set You Up for Success:

• An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required; a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is a definite plus!
• Experience working with individuals and families navigating homelessness is preferred.
• A valid Indiana driver's license, reliable transportation, and required insurance coverage are essential.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a valuable asset.
