What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical Assistant position at Vincent's Heating & Plumbing, Inc.?
Full-time clerical assistant position is available at a 60 year old Port Huron heating, cooling and plumbing company. We are in need of a person who has good customer service skills to answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate person as well as has some accounting skills. This person needs to be accurate and detail oriented in all aspects. Critical thinking is essential with the wide range of duties this position is responsible for such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, use of spreadsheets for payroll items and inventory among others.
We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, is proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word, is trustworthy, punctual and dependable. Someone who has reliable transportation.
