Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The position involves engaging with customers daily through retail sales activities and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Provide detailed information about products, features, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, displays, and stockroom
• Restock shelves and ensure product availability for customers
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Promote ongoing sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales and customer service is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
