Responsibilities
- Perform, supervise and coordinate daily activities of a small construction team (5-10 workers)
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards on all sites
- Oversee commercial swimming pool construction projects, maintaining quality and schedule
- Communicate progress and issues to Project Manager and Senior Management
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Manage equipment operation and time allocation efficiently
- Resolve on-site problems and provide effective solutions
- Travel frequently to various job sites as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in construction management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- OSHA Safety Certification
- Strong skills in construction planning and team leadership
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with equipment operation and effective time management
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
