The Project Coordinator performs basic accounting, finance, and administrative support duties for our utility division Manager. You will carry the responsibility of answering internal finance invoice questions, resolving invoice/billing issues, and analyzing information to ensure our project finances are accurate and prepared in a timely fashion. In this role you will be responsible for tracking and logging data in a variety of areas, ensuring timely completion by our deadlines. You will be responsible for assisting the Division Manager with a wide variety of tasks and reports as needed.RESPONSIBILITIES:These responsibilities are not intended as a complete list of specific duties. Primary ResponsibilitiesAssists division manager with special projects and/or administrative support.Corresponds and maintains positive and effective relationships with internal employees.Processes invoices, and incoming bills for the division manager in accordance with policies and procedures.Completes basic finance and accounting tasks. Potentially working with accruals, status updates and project invoice updates.Experienced in Excel, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook and Word to perform job duties successfully.Engage in other duties as needed that support Vince Sigal’s values and help deliver on our purpose to serve customers and continue to offer the most innovative electrical solutions. Core Administrative Tasks:Communication: Teams meetings, managing emails, and responding to inquiries.Record Keeping: Maintaining virtual filing systems, trackers, and other records.Document Management: Preparing, editing, and distributing documents, reports, and updating data within our tracking system and job folders. Beyond Basic Tasks:Data Entry and Analysis: Critical data entry/tracking, basic data analysis, and report preparation.Financial Support: Approving vendor invoices, detailed job review to ensure accuracy of billing.Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Key Skills:Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills are crucial.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using various software and tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook email, OneDrive, and Teams.Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and solve problems effectively.Adaptability: The capacity to adjust to changing priorities and tasks. Salary : $68,000 - $72,000
