Job description:
Our company is seeking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Operation Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and ensure consistent, high-quality product representation across all channels. This role will focus on product asset management, website updates, catalog and manual organization, and providing hands-on support to the Marketing Manager in executing strategic campaigns.
This position requires occasional travel for industry events, tradeshows, and company activations. Experience with SEMA or similar automotive events is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Asset Management
- Organize and review product images for accuracy and brand consistency
- Edit, update, and upload installation manuals
- Maintain product catalogs and related marketing content
Website Content Management
- Upload and manage new product pages
- Update fitment data, product descriptions, and pricing as needed
- Assist in uploading product videos and media assets
Event & Promotion Support
- Prepare marketing materials and display assets for trade shows and events
- Coordinate event logistics, including samples, promotional items, and giveaways
- Travel to industry events and assist with onsite setup and execution
Social Media Assistance
- Assist in designing promotional graphics
- Upload and schedule posts on company Instagram and Facebook accounts
Advertising Coordination
- Collaborate with external advertising agencies by providing product images, videos, and ad copy
Dealer & Customer Support
- Respond to inquiries from the company email inbox
- Maintain up-to-date dealer information and distribute marketing assets as needed

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to travel for events and tradeshows
- Experience with SEMA or similar industry shows is a plus
