Vince Motorsports Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our growing finance team. This is an on-site position for a detail-oriented and responsible individual with at least one year of office or accounting-related experience and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and issue customer invoices accurately and timely
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status
- Record and verify vendor bills in the accounting system
- Schedule and process payments according to payment terms
- Monitor due dates to ensure timely payments
- Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly bank reports and payment summaries
- Maintain organized accounting documentation
- Assist with month-end closing tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of office or accounting-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Preferred
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
