Position Summary: The Shuttle/Valet Driver provides excellent customer service by safely transporting customers to and from the dealership, as well as picking up and delivering customer vehicles as needed. This position supports the service department by ensuring smooth and timely vehicle movement, maintaining a clean and professional environment, and representing the dealership in a courteous and professional manner.
Shuttle/ Valet Driver Job Duties
Safely operate dealership shuttle vehicles to transport customers to and from the dealership.
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments when requested.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dealership experience.
Assist with moving, parking, and retrieving vehicles on dealership property.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles and work areas.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and dealership policies.
Communicate with service advisors regarding scheduling and customer needs.
Perform basic inspections (fuel, fluid levels, tire condition) and report any issues with dealership or customer vehicles.
Support the service department with other tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Clean Criminal Background
- Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Stick shift required
