In addition to our new car franchises, we also operate one pre-owned vehicle dealership and a full-service vehicle reconditioning center. Vinart has about 400 employees and is continuing to grow.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm & last Saturday of the month 8-5 (this person will have to work 6 days that week)

Position Description: An Internal Service Advisor at a car dealership primarily works as a liaison between the service department and the sales or used car department—rather than directly with retail customers. This person would be working with only the Lehigh Valley Honda/ Hyundai dealerships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling vehicle logistics: Moving cars from lot to lot

Coordinate Repairs for Internal Vehicles: Handle service requests for vehicles owned by the dealership, such as:
- New cars needing prep before delivery (pre-delivery inspections).
- Used cars needing reconditioning or repairs before being sold.
- Courtesy vehicles or loaners requiring maintenance.
- Write Repair Orders (ROs): Create internal repair orders, detailing the work needed and assigning it to the appropriate technicians.
- Estimate Costs and Timelines: They provide cost estimates for parts and labor and coordinate with the used car or sales manager for approvals.
- Track Workflow and Deadlines: They ensure the service is done on time so vehicles are ready for sale or delivery.
- Communicate with Technicians and Managers: They stay in constant contact with technicians, parts departments, and sales staff to keep everyone informed.
- Maintain Records: They help track service history and ensure documentation is complete for warranty or resale purposes.
Requirements:
- Some automotive experience required- sales, advisor, technician, etc.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation
