What you'll do
Be a apart of a very special Team
- Welcome guests and guide them through our wine list and menu
- Make confident pairing recommendations (we'll train you, so enthusiasm matters more than a sommelier cert)
- Take orders accurately and keep service flowing smoothly
- Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and floor team
- Keep your section clean, stocked, and ready
What we're looking for
- [3 years] of serving experience in a restaurant or wine bar (preferred)
- Genuine curiosity about wine and food. Excellent technique, willing to be better each shift
- A friendly, professional presence and a calm head during a rush
- Ability to serve others starting with your teammates
- Reliable, punctual, and guest minded.
- Must be 21 and able to obtain or hold a NYS alcohol training certificate (ATAP)
