Journeyman / Master Electrician – Oilfield (Williston, ND)
Crossroads is hiring an experienced Journeyman or Master Electrician to support our operations in the Bakken region. This is a high-impact role for someone who can lead crews, contribute to estimating, and deliver quality electrical work across upstream and midstream oil & gas facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and lead electrical installations across wellsites, compressor stations, SWDs, CTBs, and facilities
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs in upstream and midstream environments
- Lead and mentor crews of 6 electricians and apprentices
- Support estimating for projects ranging from $50K to $1MM
- Communicate directly with customers on job progress and timelines
- Complete QA/QC reporting and ensure compliance with safety and electrical code
- Partner with leadership on planning and execution of regional work
What You Bring (Must-Have)
- North Dakota Journeyman Electrician License (or Master Electrician)
- Willingness to obtain Master License if not already held
- 3 years as a Journeyman in oilfield electrical
- Strong experience leading crews (6 personnel)
- Experience estimating oilfield electrical projects ($50K–$1MM)
- Valid driver’s license with clean 3-year abstract
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing and background check
- Strong communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
- Proven upstream oil & gas experience (required)
Nice to Have
- North Dakota Master Electrician License
- Montana Journeyman License
- Instrumentation / automation experience (VFDs, control systems)
- Based within 30–60 minutes of Williston
Compensation & Perks
- $55–$65/hour (based on experience)
