Responsibilities:
- Writing daily queries using SQL for data analysis
- Utilizing UNIX for debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files and logs
- Planning testing strategies to meet delivery scope and dates
- Conducting software compatibility testing for operating system, accessibility, usability and security of the product
- Reporting Software defects and tracking them through defect tracking system
- Performing test results analysis
- Conducting software documentation review to ensure compliance and provide feedback to mitigate risks
- Creating testing procedures that ensure software quality and software usability.
- Installing and deploying production like environments to test the software release readiness
- Developing & publishing standards to determine product quality and release readiness
- Performing database Validations
- Creating automation scripts
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in QA Engineering
- Knowledge of writing basic SQL queries
- Experience with UNIX commands to debug any server-side issues
- Proficiency in debugging and writing test cases
