About the Role:
We re looking for a hands-on Generative AI Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision. You ll lead the design and implementation of GenAI solutions that solve complex business challenges from ideation to deployment. This role demands someone who can both think big and build fast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and multi-agent workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and translate them into scalable systems.
- Drive experimentation and prototyping for novel GenAI use cases (text, code, speech, vision).
- Ensure robustness, governance, and cost optimization across deployed AI systems.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging AI models, frameworks, and tools.
- Mentor teams on AI solutioning, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
Ideal Profile:
- 8 years in software/AI engineering with 2 years in Generative AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI stack).
- Proven experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.), and cloud AI services.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, agent frameworks, and fine-tuning pipelines.
- Strategic thinker with startup-like execution comfortable switching between code and whiteboard.
- Excellent communicator and innovation-driven mindset.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
