Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team on Friday and Saturday nights from 4:00pm to close. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. Pay is $18/hr plus $30-$60 per day in tips.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to cleaning and food handling
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
- Follow all sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, catering, or banquet environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, cleaning protocols, and kitchen safety standards is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support culinary staff and other team members
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- A positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Pay: $140.00 - $185.00 per day
