Key Responsibilities
- Act as a SAP/Warehouse SME supporting daily supply chain and distribution operations
- Support inventory management, material movements, and warehouse transactions within SAP
- Troubleshoot SAP and warehouse process issues, escalating when necessary
- Partner with operations, quality, and engineering teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows
- Assist in process improvements, system enhancements, and data accuracy initiatives
- Support receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations to ensure alignment with production needs
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and traceability in compliance with medical device regulations
- Generate reports and analyze data to support operational decision-making
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, process optimization)
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP, and internal quality systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Exposure to or experience with SAP (WM, MM, or related modules preferred)
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA, or ISO standards
- Experience supporting warehouse systems or ERP implementations
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
- Full-time contract role (40 hours/week)
- Onsite in Minnetonka, MN
