We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support one of our industry-leading clients at their Westfield, Indiana manufacturing facility.

Position SummaryThe Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive occupational health services to employees, including first aid, injury management, workers' compensation case management, medical surveillance, and employee wellness initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Human Resources, managers, and site leadership to promote a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational health nursing services, including first aid, triage, assessment, and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Manage employee injury and illness cases, including workers' compensation coordination and return-to-work programs.
- Administer medical surveillance programs, health screenings, immunizations, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Maintain OSHA logs, occupational health records, and confidential employee medical documentation.
- Coordinate employee health and wellness programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Manage occupational health clinic supplies, medications, and medical equipment inventory.
- Partner with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Human Resources on workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Conduct employee health, safety, and emergency response training.
- Participate on emergency response and cross-functional site safety teams.
- Identify opportunities to reduce workplace injuries and workers' compensation costs through proactive injury prevention and effective case management.
- Build strong working relationships with employees, supervisors, and leadership while promoting a culture of health and safety.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 2–4 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, employee health, emergency, urgent care, or industrial settings.
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation case management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Occupational Health nursing experience within manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
- Experience with OSHA recordkeeping and medical surveillance programs.
- Emergency response or first responder experience.
- CPR/BLS certification.
