Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, offering product demos and recommendations to enhance their experience
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling retail sales transactions with efficiency and attention to detail
- Manage cash drawer handling and cash handling procedures in compliance with store policies
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store remains organized, attractive, and fully stocked
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to planograms and promotional displays
- Conduct product demos for customers, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchases
- Assist in training new team members or supervising staff when needed, sharing best practices in customer service and sales techniques
Skills
- Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems for smooth transaction processing
