Job Description
Villwok Farms is a family-operated feedlot and row-crop operation located near Randolph, Nebraska. We are looking for one or two dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team.
This position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling available. Duties may vary depending on each applicant’s experience, skills, and interests.
Job duties may include:
- Feeding cattle
- cattle health( Horseback position available)
- Operating tractors and other heavy farm equipment
- Driving semi
- Performing equipment maintenance and mechanic work
- Assisting with planting, harvest, and other row-crop operations
- Completing general feedlot and farm work
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in at least one of the listed job areas is required
- Dependable and able to work responsibly with limited supervision
- Willing to assist with different parts of the operation as needed
- Comfortable working around livestock and farm equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
