Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical equipment, and building interior components to ensure optimal operation.
- Carry out carpentry tasks including maintenance painting, drywall repairs, door adjustments, and furniture fixes to maintain a polished appearance.
- Maintain plumbing systems by repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and servicing fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
- Use electrical experience to repair wiring, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels following safety protocols.
- Support building interior maintenance projects with skills in residential painting and facilities upkeep to enhance the guest environment.
- Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately; document all repairs and maintenance activities thoroughly.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building operations within a hospitality or commercial environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools and electrical testing devices.
- Familiarity with HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical work, carpentry, and general building interior upkeep.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately; experience with electrical work including troubleshooting with ohmmeters preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
