What You'll Do

• Install residential elevator systems from start to finish.
• Service and repair residential elevators, wheelchair lifts, platform lifts, stair lifts, and dumbwaiters.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform quality repairs.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.
• Lead installations and coordinate job sites when applicable.
• Work directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, architects, and project managers.
• Complete service documentation and work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with ASME safety standards and company quality expectations.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of elevator, lift system, accessibility equipment, or related mechanical trade experience.
• CET certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with residential elevator manufacturers is highly preferred.
• Experience with Symmetry, Matot, C.I.P., Savaria, Garaventa, Inclinator, Waupaca, or similar manufacturers is a plus.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential construction environments.
