Intake and Sales Rep
Full-Time | On-Site | Roofing & Home Services
$25–$32.50/hour Incentives
We’re hiring a phone-driven Intake and Sales Rep to handle inbound leads, make outbound calls, and book revenue-generating appointments.
This is not an administrative role. This position directly impacts sales by converting inquiries into scheduled inspections and re-engaging past opportunities.
If you have 2 years of phone sales experience and are comfortable making high call volume daily, we want to speak with you.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Conversion
- Answer incoming homeowner calls and web inquiries
- Qualify leads and secure inspection appointments
- Overcome objections and drive bookings
Outbound Sales & Follow-Up
- Call aged leads, unsold estimates, and past customers
- Re-engage and schedule missed opportunities
- Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Enter and track all leads in Pipedrive
- Maintain clean, accurate notes
- Ensure no lead is left without follow-up
Performance Expectations
- High daily call volume (inbound outbound)
- Strong appointment set rate
- Consistent follow-up execution
- Revenue influenced through booked inspections
Qualifications
- 2 years of phone-based sales experience (required)
- Inbound and outbound calling experience
- Comfortable handling objections and asking for the appointment
- CRM experience (Pipedrive preferred)
- Clear, confident phone presence
- Competitive, results-driven mindset
