This is not a basic cleaning job — we focus on quality, detail, and client experience.

Pay & Earnings

Base Pay:

$30–$50/hour equivalent (based on performance & job type)

Bonuses (Performance-Based)

• 2% of job value — Perfect job
   
• 1% per job — Perfect job streak
   
• 2% — 5-star review linked to you
   
• 2% — Repeat client request
• 5% of job value bonus — recurring client

Higher Pay for Complex Jobs

We charge more for difficult jobs and share that with you:

• Standard complexity → Earn more
   
• Medium complexity → Earn more
   
• Heavy / high buildup jobs → Significantly higher pay
   

You will earn more on harder jobs, not less.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and partially commercial cleaning services across Miami
   
• Deliver high-quality results (not basic cleaning)
   
• Complete:
   
• • Standard recurring cleans
     
  • Deep cleans
     
  • Move-in / move-out cleans
     
  • Post-construction cleans
     
• Follow structured checklists
   
• Maintain professionalism with clients
   
• Take before/after photos when required
   

Requirements

• Cleaning experience required (residential preferred)
   
• Must be able to handle deep cleaning & specialty jobs
   
• Must be detail-oriented
   
• Must be reliable and punctual
   
• Must have transportation
   
• Must be able to communicate clearly
   
• Insurance preferred (or willing to obtain)
