Keep the heartbeat of production strong

Imagine a filler starts to hiccup mid-run. You isolate the fault, meter a suspect circuit, and bring the line back in minutes. Then it’s back to precision preventive work—oil here, grease there, clean and calibrate—so the next shift inherits a stable plant. That blend of rapid response and disciplined PM is how you’ll elevate reliability across our food manufacturing operation.

Why this role matters
  • Uptime drives quality and throughput. Your craftsmanship on processing, filling, and ancillary equipment safeguards both.
  • Early detection prevents costly failures. Your visual inspections and communication keep the team a step ahead.
  • Standards protect people and product. Your adherence to OSHA, SQF, GMPs, sanitation, and QA procedures sets the bar.

  • Execute PM tasks—cleaning, lubricating, greasing, and oiling—to sustain optimal performance.
Daily ways you’ll add value
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with associates and management.
  • Follow established operating procedures without exception.
  • Prioritize workloads by business impact and time-to-complete.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions on processing, filling, and support systems.
  • Notify supervisors/management of material or product concerns.
  • Complete all documentation fully and accurately.
  • Keep a dependable set of hand tools to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Comply with SQF policies/procedures and role requirements.
