Housekeeping Supervisor - Luxury Assisted Living

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for Residents and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedule and supervision of Housekeeping staff.
• Perform thorough cleaning of Resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established standards of cleanliness.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or damages.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist in special projects or additional cleaning tasks as assigned by management.

Skills

• Proficiency in housekeeping management practices are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial responsibilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
