Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean, well-maintained, and organized
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Handle garbage disposal and recycling activities
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of proper sanitation regulations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in banquet, hotel, restaurant, or catering environments
- Culinary background or interest in food service industry
- Willingness to assist cooks with basic food preparation task
