VillageCareMAX is looking for a motivated individual with strong MLTC experience for our Full Time Enrollment Specialist position. This role will support the enrollment and disenrollment process of all VillageCareMAX products. This position acts as a liaison between VillageCareMAX and external agencies involved in the enrollment/disenrollment process.

Some Responsibilities Will Include

• Review, submit, and track all enrollment requests to the state.
• Maintain and reconcile all VillageCareMAX member systems to reflect most current enrollment and information.
• Create and maintain monthly enrollment data for the enrollment team and VillageCareMAX Operations Department, while providing support to the Quality Assurance Managers.
• Work with VillageCareMax third party vendors to maintain the eligibility status for VillageCareMax membership.
• Follow up on any outstanding enrollment documents and tasks.
  
  

We would like to speak to those who bring a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience. High School diploma required. Prior plan experience will be vital to directing and guiding this role including Medicare and Medicaid knowledge. Strong computer skills and excellent communication will be vital to this role. Bilingual in Russian required.
