Role Description The Laborer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bella Vista, AR. The Laborer will assist with day-to-day field operations, including basic maintenance of wastewater systems, equipment handling, and general site upkeep. Responsibilities may include digging, lifting, and carrying materials, performing routine inspections under supervision, and supporting repair and installation work. The role involves following safety procedures, using hand and power tools as directed, operating heavy machinery, and keeping work areas clean and organized. The Laborer will collaborate with other team members, follow instructions from supervisors, and complete assigned tasks efficiently and reliably.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using common hand and power tools
- Commitment to safety practices, including following instructions, using protective equipment, and adhering to company and regulatory guidelines
- Strong reliability and work ethic, with the ability to arrive on time, complete tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Clear communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written directions

- Scheduling availability to accommodate required weekend duty rotation
