Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Counter. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles or equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked and organized
• Process parts orders, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and tracking orders
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient parts department operation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a parts counter or automotive industry preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately process orders and maintain inventory records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
