Village Tavern Salem is looking for a Busser/ Food Runner/ Barback with 1 year of experience. As a Busser/ Food Runner/ Barback, you will consistently ensure station and table set-ups are complete, while performing various side duties as assigned by the Server and Managers.
Job Duties:
- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Server and Managers.
- Expedite food from kitchen to guests tables in a timely and orderly fashion.
- Refill drinks to guests during the course of meal service.
- Remove plates from table upon meal completion.
- Clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties.
- Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of experience preferred
- TEAMWORK and a GREAT attitude are required!
- Must have flexible availability – Weekends & Holidays required
- Ability to keep work area clean, organized and to code
- Previous high volume experience preferred
