We are seeking a motivated Production Planner Manager to oversee production scheduling, inventory accuracy, and planning functions across our manufacturing facility. This role ensures efficient workflows, accurate SAP/MRP data, and strong collaboration with Operations, R&D, and department leads.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage production planning and scheduling using SAP/MRP.
- Analyze inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions.
- Review and adjust BOM yields (target: 5 per week).
- Distribute daily production documentation to all departments.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based planning tools.
- Create and maintain SOPs for all planning processes.
- Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Support capacity planning and business cases for equipment investments.
- Collaborate with R&D to optimize production flow and recipes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in production planning or manufacturing, food industry preferred.
- Proficiency with MRP systems; SAP experience a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Additional Requirements:
- On-site position in Bronx, NY, across retail, office and food-preparation settings.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform other physical tasks.
- Regular attendance, consistent punctuality, and successful background screening.
