Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding company assets by identifying, investigating, and preventing theft and fraud. Your keen eye for detail and strong investigative skills will help maintain a safe shopping environment while supporting our commitment to integrity and security.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems and other security tools to monitor store activity for suspicious behavior.
• Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations through interviews, evidence collection, and detailed report writing.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to resolve criminal activities effectively.
• Document all investigations thoroughly, maintaining accurate records of findings and actions taken.
• Manage conflict situations professionally, de-escalating disputes between customers or staff when needed.
• Assist in developing loss prevention strategies by analyzing patterns and identifying vulnerabilities within store operations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on security procedures and conflict management techniques.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or criminal investigation is highly desirable.
• Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
• Excellent report writing abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism.
• Good communication skills to interact confidently with team members, law enforcement, and customers.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
