Village Square Portola Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Youll coordinate the daily flow of appointments, answer a multi-line phone system with professionalism, and ensure financial transactions are handled accurately. Schedule:
This is a full-time position with 8 hour shifts scheduled Monday through Friday with no weekends!

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- Prior experience in a veterinary practice
- Ability to triage client calls by assessing urgency and directing appropriately
- Strong knowledge of common veterinary terms and procedures, including vaccine schedules and preventatives
- Ability to act as a liaison between the medical team and clients, ensuring clear, accurate, and empathetic communication
