The Innkeeper will assist the Hotel Manager in maintaining control of First Colony operations including employees. He or she will be responsible for making reservations, assisting guests, answering correspondence and provides exceptional customer service. This position overlooks all events at the First Colony Inn, securing signed contracts, payments, ordering of alcohol, and keeps the Inn staff up to date on event details.
